Virtual PLC Annual Meeting on September 23-24 – Registration Open

WASHINGTON (August 31, 2020) – Registration is now open for the Public Lands Council’s (PLC) 52nd Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be entirely virtual on September 23-24, 2020. Registration is free for all participants.
.
“The COVID-19 pandemic threw a wrench in many of our plans and day-to-day activities. As a result, the 2020 PLC Annual Meeting will move to a virtual setting,” said PLC President Bob Skinner. “While it saddens me that our industry will not gather in person this September, a virtual meeting provides an opportunity for a larger portion of our industry to develop strong relationships and engage in policy discussions that affect the future of our industry. We have worked to ensure the learning opportunities, workshops, and meetings will be available as any normal year, even if you are now watching from home. I want to thank all PLC affiliates and stakeholders for embracing an ever-changing environment and I am excited to see everyone during the webinar.”
.
Participation of PLC membership and delegates remains a central focus for PLC during this unprecedented time. The organization looks to forward joining attendees virtually in September.
